What movie has a killer truck driver with bodies in the back of the truck?

The movie Im trying to remember the name. I think its a british film but it involves a couple who are traveling and a delivery truck pulls sharply in front of them on the highway and the door swings open and they think they see a body. The guy tries taking pictures with his phone at a stop by shoving his hand under the door and pressing the photo button. He finally sees a face in the picture and its after i believe one of them gets abducted by the driver. Any help would be cool

Tractor-trailer truck crashes into Post Oak Creek leaving 1 dead

A passing motorist saw a tractor-trailer rig upended in Post Oak Creek Tuesday morning, then called 911. Sherman emergency rescue crews found the driver had died in the submerged cab, which leaked oil and gasoline into Post Oak Creek.
